Pendidikan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat pada Anak Melalui Permainan Elektronik

Abstract

Report on Result of National Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) 2007 by National Institute Health Research & Development Ministry Of Health showed that only 38.7% prevalence Behavior of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS). This means that most residents do not behave in a clean and healthy living. Promotion of clean and healthy lifestyle needs to start early age to become additional knowledge and further expected to be practiced in everyday life, and become part of norm of their lives . This research is applied in the form of an experiment to tes the Communication, Information and Education (KIE) techniq­ue designed in this study. The first phase, the object of research is children who are chosen as samples are given a questionnaire to determine the extent of their understanding of clean and healthy lifestyle and infectious diseases. The second phase they received treatment in the form of the game e-gam­es that are played for at least 2 times the time span for 2 weeks. The third stage they received the same questionnaire as in the first stage. Based on the different tes results showed that there was a significant increase between the average value of knowledge before and after treatment.

Abstrak

Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2007 yang dilakukan oleh Balitbangkes Kementrian Kesehatan menunjukkan bahwa hanya 38,7% prevalensi rumah tangga yang Berperilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Artinya, sebagian besar penduduk belum berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Promosi PHBS perlu dimulai sejak usia dini agar menjadi tambahan pengetahuan dan selanjutnya diharapkan dapa­t dipraktikkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta menjadi bagian dari norma hidup mereka. Ini adalah penelitian terapan berupa eksperimen untuk menguji teknik KIE (Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi) yang dirancang dalam pene­litian ini. Tahap pertama, objek penelitian, yaitu anak-anak yang terpilih sebagai sampel, diberi kuesione­r untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman mereka tentang PHBS dan penyakit menular. Tahap kedua, mereka mendapat perlakuan berupa permainan e-game yang dimainkan minimal 2 kali de­ngan rentang waktu selama 2 minggu. Tahap ketiga, mereka mendapat kuesioner yang sama seperti pada tahap pertama. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan.

Cd is metal having the character of very poison and can cause the trouble of health both for happened acutely and also chronic. this Research target is to compare obstetrical how big Cd usher the merk type smoke the filter and kretek of some trade mark.
